ESG and compliance

Enforceable ESG: the frameworks we apply without exception.

ESG at Elohim Consulting is not a decorative chapter of the annual report. It is international frameworks applied, audited, published — and enforceable in the event of breach.

Environment

IFC Performance Standards

Full application of the International Finance Corporation's eight Performance Standards: impact assessment, biodiversity, water resources, cultural heritage, involuntary resettlement, indigenous communities, security, labour and working conditions.

Financing

Equator Principles

Any structured bank financing is designed compliant with the Equator Principles, a framework adopted by over 130 international financial institutions for environmental and social risk management.

Mining practice

ICMM — ten principles

Alignment with the International Council on Mining and Metals' ten principles: ethical governance, risk-based decision making, human rights, social development, environment and efficiency, materials stewardship, transparency.

Transparency

Transparency Initiative (EITI)

Our missions publish all financial flows to the host State according to EITI standards: royalty payments, corporate income tax, dividends, local contributions, participation in social funds.

Social

Measured local content

National employment, national subcontracting, training, skills transfer to public executives. Annual publication of verifiable indicators, adversarial audit by an independent firm.

Governance

Audit and arbitration

Accounts certified by a Big Four firm, arbitration under CCJA, anti-corruption clause aligned with OECD standards, enforceable supplier code of conduct.

Every contract signed by Elohim Consulting explicitly incorporates the above frameworks and provides for their control mechanisms. In the event of proven breach, termination and sanction procedures are contractually foreseen.

Our EITI candidate status reflects a voluntary transparency commitment that goes beyond our strict legal obligations. It is the posture of a firm that accepts to be judged on evidence.
